Let’s do this!

Hey guys,
I’m planning to send this newsletter once or twice a month, or whenever there’s something worth sharing. You’ve heard from me a little more often lately because I’m figuring things out—but I think I have a plan now.
I started my YouTube channel just a week ago, and I already have about 6,000 views and 200 subscribers. The response has exceeded anything else I’m doing. And frankly, I like talking, so this feels like a natural way forward! It also gives people a chance to see me speak and, hopefully, consider hiring me for their events.
I’ll be recording upcoming speeches, including what may be my most important one yet: November 15 at Tony Nik’s in North Beach, San Francisco, for my book release party.
But here’s what I’m most excited about, believe it or not.
In Breaking Through the Fog, I wrote about getting fired twice, losing a business, getting sick, and the tools I used to get through those ten years. As tough as they were, they may have been the most important years of my life. I learned to meditate. I learned to love. I became healthier, stronger, and more confident.
Now, with my kidney failing again and huge financial pressures, I’m putting those same tools back to work.
If you’ve read my book, you know that some of the hardest parts were emotional. I didn’t know what was coming, and that uncertainty was brutal. This time, I’m not scared. I know what helped me before, and I’m ready to use it again.
Rather than simply tell you how I got through the last chapter, I’m going to share this one as it happens. You’ll see how I use meditation, exercise, laughter, music, and time outdoors to keep moving forward while navigating this kidney situation again.
And mark my words: in two years, I believe you’ll see an even more confident, stronger version of me. I do believe that what doesn’t kill us can make us stronger.
Thank you for coming along. Please join me on YouTube and subscribe:
And if you’ve read my book, I’d appreciate an honest review on Amazon.
